Capital Edge advised a private client on the re structure of their $20M debt facilities and Evaluation on their existing $40M property portfolio maximise returns.
Property Development Joint Venture with ASX 100 Retailer
Capital Edge acted as advisers to the developer to source, negotiate and structure the Joint Venture Partnership with an ASX 100 Retailer.
Debt Advisory & Business Divestment
Capital Edge advised a private client on the restructure of their $15M debt facilities, including the divestment of business assets to improve capital efficiency.
Syndicated Property Development
Capital Edge advised the Syndicate and acted a Project Managers overseeing the planning, construction and marketing of a 201 lot residential sub division in Sydney’s Western Suburbs. Project Gross Realisation $50M.

Capital Edge advised the owners on the sale of a multifaceted Financial Services Firm to its management.

Capital Edge advised the developers and secured $3M in private equity and $6M in funding for the acquisition and development of 65 room accommodation property in Sydney’s Inner West.

Capital Edge advised an overseas developer on the acquisition, planning, funding and marketing of a 190 residential unit property development project in Northern Sydney. Project Gross Realisation $110M
Mezzanine Loan Fund
Capital Edge advised on a $80M Mezzanine Loan placement on behalf of a South East Asian semi government agency into a portfolio of high density in-fill development projects with a GRV $840M with Sydney’s inner ring suburbs.
Mezzanine Loan
Capital Edge advised on a $20M Mezzanine Loan from a HNW foreign investor into a residential property development project with GRV $215M in Southern Sydney.
Site Acquisition: Residential Property Development
Capital Edge advised on the acquisition of a Upper North Shore property development project and secured Private Equity of $5M with a Senior Debt of $30M and Mezzanine Loan of $2M. Project GRV $50M
Start Up Funding
